The Platform provides interactive courses, quizzes, simulated trading, calculators, and gamified learning features. Important: The Platform is for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing on this Platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, we recommend that a parent or guardian reviews these Terms with you.

You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

The Platform may include simulated trading features that use virtual money. These features are purely educational. • No real money is involved in simulated trades • Simulated performance does not reflect real market conditions and should not be used to make real investment decisions • Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results in real markets We are not responsible for any real financial decisions you make based on your experience with our simulated trading tools.

We must be clear: nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice. • We do not recommend specific investments, products, or strategies • Educational content about ISAs, stocks, funds, and other products is for informational purposes only • You should always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a qualified, FCA-regulated financial adviser before making any investment decisions • Capital is at risk when investing — you may get back less than you invest

The Platform is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will clearly communicate pricing before you are charged. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied • We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You breach these Terms • We are required to do so by law • We discontinue the Platform Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
